1. Eligibility

2. Products & pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it, and we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits. You will be refunded in full if we cancel a paid order.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via the methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timeframes, fees and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may vary due to couriers or events outside our control.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Product use & safety

Blue Bird is a stain-removal product. Always read and follow the label instructions and patch-test on a hidden area first. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for damage to fabrics or property resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, text, images and designs — is owned by or licensed to Blue Bird and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
