We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains returns, refunds and exchanges.

Return window

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@drycleanuae.com (or WhatsApp +971 52 390 8356) with your order number and reason. Photos help us resolve issues faster.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened aerosol cans can only be returned if they arrived faulty or damaged.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, we'll replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you — just send a photo within 14 days.

How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll refund your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Card refund timing depends on your bank.

Return shipping

For non-faulty returns (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We cover return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges
