Where we ship

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. For wholesale, bulk or international/GCC orders, please reach out via our Business & Distributors page.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

Delivery time

UAE orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping fees

Free delivery on orders over AED 125. A flat delivery fee applies below that threshold and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. You can also track orders from your account.
